About Isfahan City Center Complex

Isfahan City Center is the first national project of PLI in Isfahan – Iran. Already under construction and scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2011, the ultra-modern expansion will consist of 7 floors including fashion shops and departmental stores,  banking halls, themed restaurants, cafes, gym, covered children’s play area and additional 4700 parking spaces. ICC will be the first shopping destination of choice for shoppers and target customers all under one roof.

ICC shopping mall houses Hyper Star (13,000 m2), 750 commercial units, boutiques, IMAX movie theaters, nations’ restaurants, food courts, 34,000 m2 covered play area and other specialty stores. This new extension is the place where various famous local and international brand names will converge. Also meant to provide more sub-anchor space to the existing facility, the new extension will present a one-stop shop experience, offering diversity and choice for shoppers.

ICC is on the crossing road of Vahid Dastgerdi Highway & Isfahan ring road in the compass of beautiful Soffeh Mountain and south plain of Isfahan. ICC is; Coextensive with approved city development design (comprehensive & comparative plans of Isfahan), Being in the proximity of the populated new towns of Sepahan Shahr & Baharestan, 15-minute distance from Isfahan international airport via the ring ways of the city, 300-meter distance from the trans-Iranian Railway station, 400-meter distance from the Isfahan subway station, and 700-meter distance from Isfahan customs.
